 TFL award Team Simoco new contract  

 

Transport for London (TfL) has awarded an initial 18-month radio communications maintenance contract to Team Simoco with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years.

The contract began on 1 October 2008 and covers the maintenance and support of radio communications infrastructure in six major road tunnels, namely Blackwall North and Southbound tunnels, A406 Fore Street tunnel, M11 A12 link road tunnel at Green Man and George Green, the East India Dock Link tunnel and the Limehouse Link tunnel.
 

 

Daniel Ruiz, Interim Head of Real Time Operations at Transport for London, said: “Team Simoco has demonstrated a clear commitment to continuous improvement since we awarded them the original contract in May 2004."
